The photos turned out awesome! One was damaged from shipping. It they sent me a new one right away! Everyone asks where I got them done (along with my custom Riley mask) :)
I was skeptical at first, but from process to delivery it was SO easy and the product received as perfect and such a conversation piece.
I love the two frames canvases I purchased! The process was long for me because I had a hard time choosing a background. Overall it was not a bad experience, but it would be better if seeing all the background/frame options with the proof was possible without having to cancel and start a new order. I would definitely recommend Pop Your Pup to friends and family and I would order again.
First of all- the finished product is stunning. The rest of the process was a bit of a headache. The website is not intuitive. There was NO ONE to chat with for assistance. When I submitted Several chats it was days before I got an answer. Same when I emailed- several times. I only got an answer once I sent a Message on FB. Thank God for FB. This was a Christmas gift. The process though begun prior to Christmas was not completed timely enough to get delivery before Christmas. Even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. Not necessary, BTW. It was received on Jan 5. They LOVE IT! I am grateful for that. It really is so pretty. Nice quality. Beautiful colors. We had a portrait made for our son of our pup JJ. He had cancer and had to be put to sleep earlier this year. My son was absolutely heartbroken. You guys helped us give him the best gift! There were tears, but happy tears. Losing his pet was like losing a brother, his best friend...and now he will live on in style.

My little Millie recently passed away and these photographs captured her sweet personality and not to mention her beauty so perfectly. Everyone was so helpful, incredibly fast and easy to work with especially when it came time to making any changes! I ordered not only the framed prints, but socks, t-shirts, mugs and a neck gaiter with her little face. She’s with me all the time!

I’d love to say more but my dog Romo unexpectedly passed away a few weeks ago. I’ve been putting his face on so many of your items over the last 8 years. I’m devastated. Pop Your Pup and our sweet Romo were two peas in a pod. Thank you for the endless fun we have had with all the things you’ve made for us.
After 4 prints and 2-3 shirts, I’m done. Our last canvas came back completely white washed. When we asked for help getting something worthy of $80-$90, we were offered a coupon that made another purchase more expensive than the original. No attempt to make it right at all.

Have ordered a few things as far as canvas and t-shirts. Both had great quality to them. I feel as if it’s a little expensive but it’s totally worth it. I love my animals and to be able to share them in different ways is cool to me and pop your pup will do that for you!
I loveeee the frame and canvas I got of my pup! It looks exactly like the proof they sent so I wasn’t surprised when I received it. The only thing that was difficult was the website wasn’t the easiest to navigate and it was somewhat confusing to know how to order/what options there were available. Will order again because the art is so cute!

Bought as a Christmas gift for my brother and his family and they love it!
I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas so I ordered and did not receive it until way after Christmas so I needed to find another gift. I would not have purchased if I knew it wouldn’t be here in time so the false advertising was very disappointing
The artist did an amazing job of rendering the photo into a customized portrait. I couldn't ask for a better artwork of my beloved dog!
The digital proof looked great, but the printed version lost some contrast. It's still good, it just looks a bit darker and less contrasted than the proof does.
I bought a portrait of my two dogs for my parents Xmas present and everyone loved it!! It’s hanging proudly in our living room. This is my second time ordering from this site, the first portrait was a gift for my sister and it’s still hanging proud in her home! I’m planning to order more than I’m comfortable sharing in the future haha
This was a wedding present for friends. It came perfect. The groom's jaw dropped and the bride was in tears when they opened it. They never expected such a present. They love their little Abby ( Terrier) so much. It's a gift no one else would think of. Even Abby was looking at the beautifully framed portrait picture, sniffy it, like she knew. Can't thank you enough.
Recently our dog passed away unexpectedly. When I surprised my husband with a canvas of one of his favorite images of our pup, we were both moved to tears.
