How do I redeem my rewards
It's easy, just go shopping!
Using your points is super easy. Just go shopping and at checkout your available rewards will show (must be signed in) or if you're not signed in, just enter your rewards code (sent via email) just like you would a discount code and it will go towards the balance of your purchase.
Do my rewards expire
Some do, some don't.
Every reward earned has its own set of rules. We will disclose the rules assigned to the individual reward in the same email you receive when the rewards are delivered. We will also notify you before any rewards are about to expire so to make sure you get to use everything you earn.
How do I refer a friend?
Just send them a link!
You can easily and conveniently share a trackable link with anyone you'd like! To generate your link, simply sign in via our account log in page and click on the widget in the bottom left hand corner.
How do I sign up?
Quick and eaily
Just head over to our registration page enter your email address and password as well as your name (optional) and sign up! Once you've done that, you can begin shopping and accumulating points or even begin sharing your shareable link with friends and family to begin scoring some rewards!
Can I exchange my rewards for a partial or full refund?
Yes & No.
Yes, if you place an order and accidentally forget to use your already existing rewards, please contact us and we will apply your points towards your purchase. Please note that if your order qualified for additional rewards and the newly applied credit would "un-qualify" the order, the newly qualified rewards will be revoked. i.e. if your order value was $110 therefor qualifies for a $20 rewards but you had an existing $20 credit that you forgot to add, once we apply the previous existing $20 credit to the $110 the total would be $90 therefore removing the $100 order criteria needed to qualify for the next reward of $20.
No, You cannot apply rewards to the order that qualified for the rewards. i.e. if your purchase is $110 and you qualify for a $20 reward. You cannot use that reward to apply to your order and can only be applied to future orders.
Can I exchange my rewards for actual money?
Unfortunately, no.
