How will I see my art?

When you place your order, we’ll set up a private order profile just for you. Inside your Order Center, you can:

  • See your order details
  • Chat directly with our team
  • Upload more photos anytime
  • Review your artwork and approve it before it’s printed

When will I receive my first artwork proof?

Your first artwork proof usually arrives in 2–3 business days. We’ll start your artwork once we have your photos. Proof timing is separate from production and shipping time for your finished product.

What if I don’t have a photo yet?

No problem! You can place your order now and upload your photos later in your order profile. If you’d like help choosing a photo, email support@popyourpup.com.

We’ll start your artwork as soon as we have your photos.

What is “Skip the Line”?

Skip the Line is our paid expedited artwork option. Receive your first artwork proof within 24–36 hours once we have your photos.

This speeds up the artwork stage. It does not mean your finished product will be delivered within that time.

Can I add multiple pets?

Yes! Most of our products allow more than one pet in a portrait. The additional charge is:

  • Two pets: $8.99
  • Three or more pets: $15.99

Check your selected product for its available pet options.

Will I see my artwork before it’s printed?

Absolutely. We only print your custom pet art after you’ve reviewed and approved your artwork.

What if I don’t love my art?

Our Love Your Art Guarantee includes unlimited artwork edits before approval. If you don’t love your art before it’s printed, we’ll keep revising until you do—or refund your order.

Once you approve, your portrait goes straight to print, so make sure you’re happy with every detail before hitting “Approve.”

When do I choose my artwork’s background?

It depends on your art style:

  • Pop Art / Pop Chic: Choose after checkout inside your order profile.
  • Pet Icon / Royal Pet Costumes: Choose during purchase, before checkout.

You can preview your pet on as many backgrounds as you like before approving.
