I got my parents and I matching shirts with my elderly dog on them. The shirts do run a little small so I would go up a size in the men’s shirts. The women’s shirts did come in measuring at about 2 sizes smaller than what they are marked. I reached out and after sending some photos to show they didn’t match the size chart measurements, I got them replaced. It was an easy process, and the replacements came in a reasonable amount of time. I personally will just get the men’s sizes going forward, but that’s just because I don’t wear skin tight tops a lot. So if you like that sort of fit, the women’s tees are just as good quality and cute. This is my third time buying from Pop your Pup and I’ve never had any issues. And the way they handled my concern about the sizes was excellent, so I will be a return customer. Thank you for letting me create products of my adorable furbaby, so that I may enjoy them now and after he is no longer with us. <3

This was my second time buying a gift from Pop Your Pup and the quality is great! Each time the recipient was so happy to see their pup on a tee! My recent purchase was a Men's Crew Neck Tee (M) for my husband, medium is his normal size, but it ran smaller than I hoped. I'm not sure he'll actually be able to wear it, which is a bummer, but he loved it either way!
The quality is poor. Order came late. The delivered items reaked of an odor. So customer service received to resolve or feel supported in the issue.
So excited to make my second purchase from Pop Your Pup. The quality is great and the artists always do a great job. There are a lot of similar products and companies out there that claim to do the same thing but Pop Your Pup's quality and style far exceeds the competition. Looking forward to my future purchase.

I had this photo made into a Pop Your Pup shirt for my husband about 5 yrs. A couple years later, our pup passed away. My husband wore the shirt so much, it was faded and looking raggedy. So I had a new one made. I think it might have turned out even better than the first!
I had this t shirt made in 2017 and it was his favorite, but unfortunately it got lost somewhere. Fast forward to 2022, and I decided to try to replace it, but the original photo was no where to be found. I reached out, and they are able to locate my original artwork and reprint it on a new shirt. It was even better than the original.

This shirt turned out great—I'm totally happy with the end product. However the process was frustrating and inefficient. When buying shirts from Pop Your Pup several years ago, the same staff artist worked on your item from start to finish. This made for easy communication about changes or fixes, and a sense of caring customer service. Now Pop Your Pup's work model has changed to each requested change is fulfilled by a different artist—whoever is randomly assigned. This leads to problems like having to make the same simple, clear request 3 times and having to mock up another change *myself* in Photoshop to help avoid going through another 3 rounds with a second change. The process was slow, inefficient and lacking in customer service. I have no idea why Pop Your Pup's process has gone downhill like this, but given their high prices, I'd expect better continuity and communication. I love your company and products and want to fully support you. But unless your creation process improves, I will be looking elsewhere for buying my custom gifts.
The t-shirts are good quality. Fun backgrounds to choose from and excellent artwork. one of my go-to-gifts!
I ordered from you years ago for my husband and he still wears the shirt regularly. This time I ordered one for my brother and my niece and the quality seems to have gone down. I am not sure yet as they were only gifted a week ago but the picture looks like it will not hold up as well to time and washing but perhaps I am wrong. Artwork was great. Options were very fun. Price was very high.

The PYP team are amazing. I intended on order and xxl for my bf for Father’s Day. However somehow and XS was printed and I didn’t catch it until after it shipped. The PYP team not only reprinted it on XXL they hooked me up and got it to me in loads of time. And the XS ended up fitting Monty (dog) so now he and his Dad have matching Space Monty shirts. It’s hilarious and perfect.
The shirt was so much better than expected! The quality of the image was great, I received communication before the short was created and asked if it was what I wanted, it came in a timely manner, and the material is super comfortable!

Pop your pup always delivers. I’ve been ordering from them for a couple years now and I’m always impressed. I just wish the quality of the shirts would be better, something thicker and more durable. I ordered a shirt about 4 years ago and it’s pretty worn so I just ordered a new one. There’s also too many options for a design it makes it so hard to decide because they’re all so good! If you’re obsessed with your dog you need this.

Pop Your Pup does it again. I hadn't seen a horse on of their shirts so didn't know if it would turn out as awesome as the ones of my dogs and cats but it was BEAUTIFUL. I've ordered 6 shirts for myself or as gifts and I am so impressed with how well they turn out every time. The only trouble I had was picking a background because there is such a great selection.

I had received a shirt from this site a few years back and absolutely loved it, so when I decided I wanted to put my dogs face on a shirt as a gift for my boyfriend - I knew exactly where to go. The process was so simple, and I even messed up the color and size. When I requested to change it instead of starting the process over, they were so accommodating and fixed whatever I needed. Great gift for dog lovers.
