I've purchased multiple canvas prints (4 for my family's dogs and numerous gifts, including 2 in the last month). I recommend you to everyone, but I no longer will. This is the second mis-print I've received and the customer service has been subpar. The rendering you send for me to approve the background color was exactly the color we've used before and that we wanted, however when it arrived, it was a very different color. I would like a new canvas print with the correct background color FOR FREE sent to me. If that happens, I will continue to order from you and recommend you to my friends. Some sort of response is appreciated. Thank you.
We unexpectedly had to lay our dog to rest, after finding out he had a very aggressive form of cancer. I have family members who have used this service before, so I immediately reached out to get the website from them. The only delays in the process were self caused, and I love the final product so much. My bestest boy looks like he is popping out of the canvas, begging for white cheddar popcorn. Will absolutely use this service again.

I have been ordering the canvases for years now. the first 2 are a little different as far as design wise and the frame the canvas is wrapped on. one of them I had to remove the staples and center it better. the product was great I just wanted it more centered. now a few years later I ordered the second 2. I feel the company is getting better and better, learning as it goes. the frame is much sturdier. super easy process, fast turnaround and excellent product

This is the second time I have used Pop your Pup, and it was another awesome experience. I was a little confused the first time I used the company since I paid for the product before I was able to pick the background. It would be nice to have a phone number to contact the company, but the staff responded to all my emails very quickly! I love all the options of backgrounds to make the pup picture so unique! Absolutely love the product! Bought for my daughter at Christmas of her rescued German shepherd! Purchased the 11x14 size and it turned out perfect! She absolutely loved it! I loved the backgrounds too…so many to choose from! The only thing that was confusing was did not know when I was able to pick the background, and I had to pay before I picked the background.
