Exchange/Returns

Pop Your Pup™ has a no exchange or return policy due to the custom nature of our products. However, if a defective or incorrect product is sent to a customer, a new one will be reprinted and shipped out immediately.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be permitted before the product has been printed. If for any reason the customer is not happy with the experience or with the graphic design, before you send it to printing, a full refund may be permitted. However, once a purchase has been made, there is a 10 business day window for communication for refunds. If no response is given within 10 business days, refunds will no longer be permitted.

Coloration Policy

We have made every effort to make the colors on screen as close as possible to the colors of the finished products you’ll receive. However, we cannot guarantee an EXACT match in colors from the screen with in-person products. The representation of colors, and textures are limited by technology and may vary due to screen and printer settings.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are electronic. This means we will email you a unique code for the gift card recipient to use at check out. If you would like to send a physical gift card, there is an option to print out our gift card file to fill out. Refunds will only be valid for up to 45 days after purchase.

Customs Disclaimer

Pop Your Pup does not cover any customs or duty fees that subject to International Orders. Customs may hold your Pop Your Pup package for various reasons, communication with them is advised.
