The shirt turned out great. A little disappointed though because the shirt was definitely a unisex medium and not a women's medium. So it is pretty big on me. I still wear it when I'm around the house or walking the dogs, but probably won't wear it to my favorite brewery. Would still order again, but now I'm going to be worried about what size to order. My previous Women's v neck medium was actually a women's medium and fit me perfectly. In unisex sizes I wear a small.

So I have ordered from pop your pup in the past (2016-2018 ish) and I ordered a women’s V-neck in a large. It fit perfect. So naturally when I’m getting a pop your pup shirt for my sister who is my same size I ordered the women’s large. Well the shirt that’s supposed to be a women’s large is the is more like a men’s large! I was drowning in it! So then I contacted pop your pup and thankfully they sent the same shirt to me in a size small free of charge. It did take a while to get to me though so I did need to reach out about that.
Because pop your pup fixed the problem I would refer them to other people, but warn them about the sizes being men’s sizes rather than women’s. But as for myself, I am no longer going to get more pop your pup shirts. They are just not as good as they used to be back in the day. I even liked the art style better from back then and the tag on it that said pop your pup “the love is real”.

The quality of the most recent two orders is appalling. The customer service is impossible to deal with: how can you run a business with no phone support? The entire experience now has convinced me to never again purchase anything from this site. I expect a full refund if all monies paid for the last two orders, including shipping. I don’t know what’s happened since last year but this is one customer who will not be returning or recommending your site to others.

The woman’s sizes are not standard women’s sizes, in fact it seemed like they were men’s sizes t-shirts. The women’s large shirt was ridiculously large, more like the men’s large shirt. When I contacted them they at least sent me a small for free, so that was nice. But I wouldn’t recommend pop your pup to a fellow female friend until the shirt sizes have changed.

The original shirt was shipped to me with a printing defect. The first ~1/2 inch of the print was much fainter than the rest of the shirt. Customer service was quick to review my request for reprint and ended up shipping me a new shirt, which was perfect.

For Mother's Day, I got my mom a black v-neck shirt with a photo of my cat Ted (her grandkitty) on it. It came out exactly as I imagined, and she absolutely loved it; however, the shirt is too small (Women's XXL). I've decided to give the shirt to someone else, and purchase a larger shirt (Men's L) with the same design. Since I also got her flowers and other gifts for Mother's Day, the new shirt will be her birthday (June 5th) present instead!

The first shirt I ordered arrived with a hole in it. The print was also MUCH darker than the proof I had approved. Customer service was amazing and sent another shirt. My only issue is the image had to be lightened in order to print well, and the background was lightened just as much. So, while the image of my babies looks better, the vibrancy is the background is lost. This was actually the second shirt I ordered because the I didn’t realize the background I wanted wasn’t available on the crew neck tee. So, I had to order a vneck to get the background I originally wanted. Customer service was hands down amazing though.

The picture is seriously cute (I mean, it's my dog lol of course I'd say that,) though I feel like it's a super easy photoshop job.. The fit is a little on the small size. But for some reason, the blacks are slightly faded and it all looks a little washed out.

Got my sister-in-law a shirt for Christmas! I had already purchased a shirt for myself and loved it so much, I knew it would make a great gift. Unfortunately her puppy doesn't like to stay still for pictures but pop your pup worked with me on submitting different pictures. They also re-did the design until I loved it. Understandably they were very busy before Christmas but it got to me 3 days earlier than the projected December 24th date and so I had plenty of time to give it to her. She loved it!
