I made a mistake with the proofing process and accidentally approved my artwork instead of asking for a fix. They immediately helped me out and fixed the issue. And dealt with my string of panicked emails/messages.
After the adjustment was made, the print came quickly and I was great. I appreciated this as I waited a bit longer than I should have before Christmas and it still arrived on time.
The quality is good and I couldn't be happier.

The final product didn’t look like the dog at all…. The dog is black/dark grey and the print was brown. I shared that with customer support and they wouldn’t fix the issue. My Christmas present was a failure and I was only offered a 30% discount on my next purchase, which won’t be happening. I’ve bought and/or referred folks to you about 8-10 times, so a good customer has been lost. I’m sorry to say that bc I love the canvas prints we have

I have been ordering the canvases for years now. the first 2 are a little different as far as design wise and the frame the canvas is wrapped on. one of them I had to remove the staples and center it better. the product was great I just wanted it more centered. now a few years later I ordered the second 2. I feel the company is getting better and better, learning as it goes. the frame is much sturdier. super easy process, fast turnaround and excellent product

This is the second time I have used Pop your Pup, and it was another awesome experience. I was a little confused the first time I used the company since I paid for the product before I was able to pick the background. It would be nice to have a phone number to contact the company, but the staff responded to all my emails very quickly! I love all the options of backgrounds to make the pup picture so unique! My son lost his beautiful golden, and when he saw the pic I made for him, he became very emotional! Love this product, and will continue to use the company in the future!

Absolutely love the product! Bought for my daughter at Christmas of her rescued German shepherd! Purchased the 11x14 size and it turned out perfect! She absolutely loved it! I loved the backgrounds too…so many to choose from! The only thing that was confusing was did not know when I was able to pick the background, and I had to pay before I picked the background.
