This was my second time buying a gift from Pop Your Pup and the quality is great! Each time the recipient was so happy to see their pup on a tee! My recent purchase was a Men's Crew Neck Tee (M) for my husband, medium is his normal size, but it ran smaller than I hoped. I'm not sure he'll actually be able to wear it, which is a bummer, but he loved it either way!

I had this photo made into a Pop Your Pup shirt for my husband about 5 yrs. A couple years later, our pup passed away. My husband wore the shirt so much, it was faded and looking raggedy. So I had a new one made. I think it might have turned out even better than the first!

Your products are great. I’ve bought dozens of items from you and will buy more in the future. Ordering, however is rugged. Your software kept changing my large white shirt order to an XS black shirt. It was frustrating. You readily provided a fix, but it happened for my two most recent orders. It may be time to update your software and make it more user friendly. I fear you may be losing customers who are new to your site or less patient. But your shirts are awesome! Thank you.

I had this t shirt made in 2017 and it was his favorite, but unfortunately it got lost somewhere. Fast forward to 2022, and I decided to try to replace it, but the original photo was no where to be found. I reached out, and they are able to locate my original artwork and reprint it on a new shirt. It was even better than the original.

This shirt turned out great—I'm totally happy with the end product. However the process was frustrating and inefficient.
When buying shirts from Pop Your Pup several years ago, the same staff artist worked on your item from start to finish. This made for easy communication about changes or fixes, and a sense of caring customer service.
Now Pop Your Pup's work model has changed to each requested change is fulfilled by a different artist—whoever is randomly assigned. This leads to problems like having to make the same simple, clear request 3 times and having to mock up another change *myself* in Photoshop to help avoid going through another 3 rounds with a second change. The process was slow, inefficient and lacking in customer service.
I have no idea why Pop Your Pup's process has gone downhill like this, but given their high prices, I'd expect better continuity and communication. I love your company and products and want to fully support you. But unless your creation process improves, I will be looking elsewhere for buying my custom gifts.

Darn, I already Xmas wrapped this great tshirt so can't show you a photo. Suffice to say that the Pop Your Pup art team did an excellent job creating a wonderful shirt. Parts of my original photo of the dog were overexposed, so there was no fur texture in those spots. I asked the art team to add a little texture which they did quite nicely. Thanks so much for making my Xmas shopping a little easier this year!

So the first few shirt I was sent was awful. I contacted the support team and they were super helpful and responsive to all messages. We had to redesign it quite a few times and I almost gave up and asked for a refund but we finally got a design we asked for. It was cute but definitely a process getting what we wanted. I was surprised because when we ordered before they turned out perfect on the first go. Super cute cartoon designs but this time it was like they just cut and paste the photo onto a boring background. I guess they were told to make the pets more realistic by other customers but I wanted the cartoon drawing on my pet. I liked the early designs. However since the customer service was so incredible and we ended up with a short my husband liked I might use pop your pup again…but not totally sure. The whole thing was a pain but I appreciate you guys working with me to get it figured out.

The PYP team are amazing. I intended on order and xxl for my bf for Father’s Day. However somehow and XS was printed and I didn’t catch it until after it shipped. The PYP team not only reprinted it on XXL they hooked me up and got it to me in loads of time. And the XS ended up fitting Monty (dog) so now he and his Dad have matching Space Monty shirts. Pop Your Pup does it again. I hadn't seen a horse on of their shirts so didn't know if it would turn out as awesome as the ones of my dogs and cats but it was BEAUTIFUL.
