I first purchased items from PopYourPup before it was as popular as it is today and when it had far less options for customization and product type! It’s awesome that now you can include multiple pets, even if you have to combine two separate pictures to compile into one group shot. The artists and customer service were great in helping to get the product just the way I wanted. Recommend for sure!

The artwork was very impressive. The artist did an exceptional job and looked exactly like the photos I sent. The hoodie was supposed to be 2XL but ran much smaller & after it's washed, being 100% cotton it probably won't fit my husband at all. I ordered 2XL so it would be roomy but did not turn out to be a standard 2XL size. I would rather pay more money and have a better quality fabric that fits according to the size I ordered.

We bought the socks as a gift for our dog walker. Our dog’s faces came out beautifully - the artist did a great job. Only thing that I didn’t love was the quality of the socks- they don’t feel like “normal” socks. That being said I love pop your pup and getting personalized gifts for friends and family!

These shirts are all my husband ever asks for for his birthday, Christmas, etc. However, I was a bit disappointed this time around with my initial customer service contact. I was trying to get a refund on something that was purchased accidentally literally right after I purchased it. I’m leaving 5 stars because the 3rd customer service rep finally refunded me my money but it was a week long ordeal. I will give y’all one more shot come June for his bday. Hopefully it’s a better experience as I’ve always had great luck with these products.

I love them! They are so cute but after the first washing (just washer, not dryer) there seems to be some kid of sticky splotches that see to be coming from the black trim. It literally sticks to the skin.
