Broken or Defective Exchange Policy

In the unfortunate event that a product is delivered damaged or defected in any way we will replace the product free of charge within 14 days of verified deliver date. 14 days after confirmed delivery we no longer accept broken or defective exchanges.

Discoloration Policy

We have made every effort to make the colors on screen as close as possible to the colors of the finished products you’ll receive. However, we cannot guarantee an EXACT match in colors from the screen to the final product. The representation of colors, and textures of the product are limited by technology and may vary due to computer/ phone screen settings. I.E Light neutral colors like light tan, light pink may appear lighter and closer to white.

Printing Production Time

Due to the nature of our custom products, our orders are printed "on demand" this means we print our products as they are ordered/approved by our customers. To ensure a high quality print this can take upwards of 5 business days. We are a small team of about 10 members managing printing and customer service departments, we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. Pop Art Production Time

Great art takes time, depending on the photo submitted we ask for 1-3 business days to create your artwork. We do our best to nail your artwork the first time. The more detail we capture, the more emphasis we place on key features of your pet, the quicker you will love your art, which means the faster we will get to print and the sooner you receive your product.

Cut Out Production Time

Want to feature your pet on fun backgrounds and products, but don't feel like going through the hassle of waiting 3 days for the artwork? Our custom cut out art option is a great option for you! Your custom art will be ready for print in just 1 business day, and review and approval is optional!

Edits and Adjustments to artwork

Edits on all of our custom artwork are unlimited. We want to make sure you are happy with your artwork, and if you choose to review and approve, we will not print your artwork until you are happy with your graphic. We reserve 1 business day to make all NEW edit requests, so try to fit all your edit requests in 1 request.

I.E: Please make the nose more black, lighten the eyes, make the dog a little bigger, and the tongue a little more pink.

Gift Cards

All Gift Cards are electronic gift cards, this mean the gift card is delivered via email, and not an actual tangible gift card. Please make sure the email address used for the gift card order is either that of the recipient or one that you have access to so you can deliver the gift card personally. Downloadable templates are accessible if you would like to print out a tangible gift card to include in a card to give in person.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping is done through the following carriers, UPS, FedEX, USPS, and DHL and can take 5-10 business days. Business days qualify as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. We do not currently offer expedited shipping methods. We currently cannot upgrade shipping methods after an order is placed. We can only change the delivery address before the artwork is approved. We cannot change the shipping address after the art has been approved.

International shipping is done through the following carriers, UPS, FedEX, USPS, and DHL and can take 12-30 business days. Business days qualify as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday, Friday. We cannot change the shipping address after the art has been approved.

Customs and Taxes Disclaimer

Because we ship everywhere in the world, customs and taxes differ. We pay all taxes and custom fees in the USA and are not responsible for taxes or custom fees your country may mandate.

Domestic Lost Packages - No delivered Status

Packages with tracking that has not been updated for a period of 10 business days will be considered lost in transit and will be replaced by us only if insurance has been purchased. If Insurance has not been purchased, a replacement order will be offered at 50% cost of the original order.

International Lost Packages - No delivered Status

Packages with tracking that has not been updated for a period of 20 business days will be considered lost in transit and will be replaced by us only if insurance has been purchased. If Insurance has not been purchased, a replacement order will be offered at 50% cost of the original order.

Domestic Lost / Stolen Packages - Delivered Status

Packages with tracking that shows delivered but is unable to be found will be considered stolen or lost. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for these unfortunate occurrences but will offer a replacement order at 50% cost of the original order. Each product printed at Pop Your Pup is unique and printed only when the customer approves of their artwork, because of our unique process we ask for a longer window to print, check, package, and ship. Each product will have their unique production time on the product page. Our standard production time is 3-5 business days with some of our higher end products taking 5-7 business days.

Art Time exception Policy

Our standard time to create our artwork is 1-3 business days. However, we do ask for the allowance of 5 business days in the case of a holiday or promotion we may experience longer art times. If we exceed 5 business days, we will not accept additional orders until current orders are fulfilled.

Photos Used for order

The customer claims ownership of all photos used for any custom artwork at Pop Your Pup! Photos used without permission by any customer will be between the customer and the acclaimed rights holder. We reserve the right to use the photo ONLY when describing, promoting, or marketing Pop Your Pup Products.

Artwork Ownership

We claim ownership over all artwork made at Pop Your Pup! All artwork is to only be printed and solicited through Pop Your Pup! Using Pop Your Pup artwork on any marketing, promotional, or retail products must explicitly be approved by Pop Your Pup!

Refund Policy

100% refunds are only issued if requested before any artwork is made. Once the artwork has been made, a 20% art fee will be charged. 20% will also be collected if we do not receive communication back after 10 days of us trying to contact you, the customer.

Refund Policy after 30 days

After 30 days, all refunds will be void. Refunds after 30 days will only be issued on Pop Your Pup gift cards.

Refund After Artwork Approval

After artwork is approved, the order goes into production and all sales are final. No adjustments to the artwork, address, product can be made and refunds are no longer permitted.

Influencer Brand Products

All Designs and products made for any partners are explicitly to be joint owned during the partnership with exclusive distribution between both parties involved. Once a partnership has been terminated, Pop Your Pup recalls all ownership and distribution rights. After 6 months of terminated partnership, Pop Your Pup may distribute or sell designs / products after.
