We had a bit of a rocky ride as pictures of my sister's dog weren't perfect. So after a back and forth, found a picture and picked a great background, the opposite of the pup - a sloth. I love the background options.

Love this place - again, not always an easy order, but the results are fab.

Shirt is great. I've purchased from you multiple times over the past few years, and do think the quality of the print has gotten worse (as in, lower resolution), even though its just as cute.
I'll still purchase, but just something I noticed.
Also, there is bad communication as far as shipping goes. My order said it was shipped for quite a while with no info under the tracking number.

It was an amazing experience shopping with Pop Your Pup! They have a great selection of backgrounds to chose from, the site is easy to navigate and the print quality on the T-shirt is just perfect. Their products are affordable and the staff and artists are there every step of the way to make sure you are happy with the final product before they ship it to you. Also, my product arrived in just a few days. There is just one thing I think the company could do to further improve customer satisfaction and that is custom editing, for example being able to change the size of the entire picture and background on the shirt, and maybe being able to change the colors of the design, instead of just having a set template. First of all, I received amazing customer service! Everyone was incredibly responsive and helpful! When my shirt got lost in the mail, they were quick to get another dispatched. I am grateful for the positive customer service experience I had with you guys :)
That being said, I feel that I need to point out that the quality of the product has gone down since I last bought I shirt a couple of years ago. Somewhere in the process of printing, color got outside of the borders of the illustration, so it doesn't look as clean or well made as the shirt that I received in the past. Given the price that one pays, I expect something really nice quality, but I think the best adjective for the look of this shirt would be "slap-dash." Given the rather haphazard look of it now, sadly it's hard for me to recommend your products to others.

The image is great and the shirt is soft but the decal is sticky. If it’s hot it sticks to each other, in the mail and in the dryer it balls up and sticks to each other. And it’s heavy. Like ironed on instead of printed in the shirt

These shirts are great and my dad wears them until they fall apart. Great editing by artists. Unfortunately, these shirts were advertised as Father’s Day gifts, ordered 3 weeks in advance, and the item didn’t arrive on time. I just wish they could guarantee arrival on the day they advertised.

I've ordered many, many shirts from you guys and we have loved them all. This one was a bit odd though. The graphic was much bigger than any of the other ones. It practically covers the entire front of the shirt. It just looked a little disproportionate. Otherwise, we loved it!

Although I love the final product (So does my mom who it was a gift for) I just could not follow the process to purchase. Then finally when I figured out I had to just buy it then wait for a proof, I thought “why wasn’t that explained in a much easier and more obvious way”. I also remember thinking I can’t find all the fun art choices. I think I’m quite savvy when it comes to shopping online, I felt Pop your Pup. It also took a LONG time to get proof and receive the shirt. So I may order again just because the shirts are adorable but I will admit I did not enjoy the shopping experience.
