I ordered 2 shirts. The men's shirt was great. The womans shirt, not so much. I normally wear a medium but sized up to large. This is the smallest large I've ever seen. The white shirt is also see thru. The back (without artwork) is so see thru I couldn't wear it without a tank or something under it, but I can't even fit that under since it's so tight. You need better quality and truer to size womens shirts.

My shirt is beautiful but it is too tight… I am usually between a small and a medium, so I got a medium and it is skin tight (not how I like things to fit). I may dismantle the shirt and use the photo part on a sweatshirt or something. Either way, it’s lovely!

Women’s sizing is REALLY small. Kids shirt sizing is more in the normal range. Disappointing about the women’s shirt not even close. Looked more like the kids sizing.

The shirt was smaller than I expected. I didn't realize the womans tee would be so tight. In choosing the sticker I thought I was getting two of the same when I ordered it, was surprised that I was designing two, which was fine. I'm assuming my computer was slow and didn't load all the designs right away so when I thought I could go back and adjust the first sticker, I realized there was no option to change. Each item was finalized immediately vs finalizing the order as a whole (shirt and two stickers, which were all purchased at the same time). I consider it user error but since you asked, this was my experience :)

Not going to lie, the first shirt I ordered was not great. The design was not centered, and the shirt ran crazy small, I even ordered up a size like suggested. I emailed customer service, and Camillo was on it, he had a new shirt printed, also got a larger size for me. It just came yesterday and it's great. Customer service is top notch! Thank you!

Work of ART . I have shopped with Pop Your Pup many times, always as a custom gift for family members and I finally purchased one of my own to capture the majestic adorableness of my husky pup. The quality of Pop Your Pup's work has only improved over the years and I had so much fun perusing the new art styles - it was so hard to choose just one! The artist and customer service rep assigned to me were responsive, patient and accommodating with my additional requests, down to the coloration detail of my pup's eyes. The timeframe, from order date to production and delivery, was about three weeks, and I couldn't be more pleased with the final result. It's been a blast to walk around with my pal at my side and on my shirt. Definitely feel like cool kids and will be back again.

The ladies shirts fit very, very small. I normally wear an extra small or small and I ordered a large. It fits exactly how I want but not too snug. My mom is not much bigger than I am and I got her the extra large, which fit perfect. They are a bit long but better that than too short. I’ve had lots of compliments and absolutely love the shirts we received!

My only complaint about these shirts are that there are no non slim styles! I have 2 now and wear them to events where Ivy paints, either on TV or in person. Every time people say “That shirt is fire!” I love wearing my pup on my shirt!

I was not satisfied with the size of the women's product. I ordered an XL as a gift (they normally wear a large) in case it shrunk and the shirt that same in looks like a Medium ( I checked the tag and it does say XL). I hope in the future that you use American/Canadian sizing as the product is made really small.
I also had to make a minor adjustment on my product and after a few weeks with no reply I reached out to customer service to rectify the issue. It was resolved that day but really delayed the product being finalized and shipped. I just got the product in a few weeks ago and gave them as a very late Christmas gift.

The only reason I didn’t give this a five star rating is the time it took to get the shirts. I wasn’t given any shipping timeframe, but I ordered over a week before the date on the site that said you could order and still get the gift before Xmas. I will definitely be ordering from here again as both my brother and husband are bummed they didn’t get one!
