I LOVED my phone case, it came out fabulous, however, it did snap and break just a month into using it. I reached out to customer support for two months without hearing back. Finally, I created a new ticket and was told I could order a new one but they couldn’t replace it, after some back and forth they offered me a 15% off coupon which was nice but due to all of the issues it didn’t seem like enough. I still love my case but it diminished the experience a bit.

This is my absolute favorite thing I have ever received from pop your pup. I love everything I bought before but this one is special because my abbey passed away in January. Now I carry him with my everyday. The quality of the picture on my phone case is perfect. I will say the case took some time getting used to. This case is harder plastic than my previous case. I dropped my phone twice now and no breaks or scratches so I’m very happy with that. Great job!!!!

Every year for the past 4 or so years, I get my boyfriend a 'joke' gift with our cats face on it for Christmas. This year i thought a phone case would be a cool idea! The process was super easy to order and came in decent time. I choose to do a batman look with our pets face. The example they sent to review was perfect! But when the gift arrived, I ended up being SOOO upset because it was so dark! you can hardly tell what the costume is and everything around it! All you can really tell is the head. If you shine the case is a good light, then you can see it. But it defiantly wasn't that dark when they sent me a preview. My boyfriend loved it regardless (so he says lol) I would consider going through the company again but for something else probably.

Honestly I thought the phone case it self was a bit cheap it was just the back & We couldn't use it Because didn't come with anything to protect the glass / But also on the phone case we did like the artwork it turned out perfect
But when you guys worked with us & ended up switching my order and we went with the Tote bag we where 100% satisfied We appreciate the professionalism & Receiving it in a timely manner/

I absolutely love my new phone case from PopYourPup! The process was so easy and the team was super helpful when I wanted to make changes & edits to my picture. I love choosing the various backgrounds, it made me want to get five more! My only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that I thought the case would be thicker/more protective of my phone. The left bottom side doesn’t completely “wrap” around the bottom of my phone however the case is definitely not going anywhere! Can’t wait to get my shirt & other products from them too!
