I LOVE your products and am so excited that your options are growing with so many interesting directions! I have placed 4 orders in the last couple of months alone and have been so pleased with the ones that have been received so far. I especially appreciate the option to add insurance during the holiday season, when so many packages were being stolen or misdirected.
The only thing that has marred my experience with PYP is that each time I have the artwork sent directly to the recipient instead of to me, all my confirmations & future correspondence are addressed to the "ship to" name instead of MY name! I have not had any issues using my credits, etc, but it is a bit annoying to see "Hello Lisa..." or "How's it wagging, BarbaraJohn..." instead of my name on my emails. I have spoken with representatives about this in the past, but it is still happening.
Otherwise, I am a happy customer and will continue to purchase from your company. Thank you for all the joy!

Everything I have ordered from Pop Your Pup has been beautiful, durable, and beyond my expectations in quality. The shipping takes much longer than expected or promised so place your order many weeks earlier than you think you need too. The website is confusing to navigate and it’s unclear how the ordering process works as far as when you get to choose your background or see a proof of the final product. Despite all of this I will continue to order from this company based on the quality of the products. I would recommend Pop Your Pup to anyone who is willing to be patient to receive a quality art piece featuring their furr baby and navigate a somewhat confusing order process.

My daughter-in-law and granddaughter lost their little Shih Tzu Winnie two months ago. I gave them a blanket and tree ornament for Christmas. They loved both. The process was easy and customer service personnel were great when I had questions. I don't have pets of my own, but to see their faces when they got their gifts was very gratifying. The hardest part of this process for me was getting my DIL to send me pictures of Winnie to use without giving the surprise away!

I totally misread the dimensions and wound up getting a giant portrait of my dog that eclipses those of my late grandparents. I love it but my relatives who visit are furious! Fairly priced for the size and service. Wish there was a way to easily order more products with the same base art and different backgrounds.

I would’ve liked to see more options for the picture size on the mug of my dog that I ordered. I could only get a mug with a bunch of tiny repeated images on it. The mug is cute, but I would’ve liked to see other options. Other than that, everything came out so nicely!

I wanted to create this towel for our family dog, a Shiba Inu named Sadie who passed aww in 2017 at 16 years old. She was believed especially by my older brother and every year I always gift him with a in memory present. This bath towel did not disappoint and fully captures the spirit of our pup Sadie with a background that is supposed to alluded today her watching us from Heaven. It was absolutely perfect and I highly recommend for anyone wanting to memorialize their precious furbaby.
