To be honest I felt your website after placing my order didn’t communicate well with me and what I needed to do to approve the bottle and can koozies. This being said delayed the process somewhatI suppose, but then no emails or communication until I sent one. I didn’t get my order in time for mailing for Christmas when in fact I ordered before Thanksgiving. Needless to say I was disappointed.
