Good product- Just a little disappointed
I like the finished product of my pillow, however I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t use the picture that I originally planned. My original picture fit all the requirements and should of come out correctly, however, the artist just couldn’t get it right. Even after my corrections, the proportions of my pet were really off and looked awkward. I ended up choosing a different picture which turned out pretty good, just not what I originally wanted.

The process to upload a picture, approve the art, pic a background - all so easy. I didn't actually have to have them revise the first pass at all.
When the custom pillow arrived, it looked just as expected. You get the canvas sham with a zipper, and it comes stuffed with a plain pillow. I was pleasantly surprised that the image and pattern were printed on both sides of the sham. Good quality.

I have not seen the gift to my dog-loving niece that I sent her. I know she loved the pict of her pup on a pillow, with a cute background. A couple of things, though: I sent a picture of the 2 twin pups and they only chose one to portray on the pillow. They might have communicated to me about this. But the whole process took a loooonnng time and I didn't want to make it even longer. They had already made the graphic without touching base with me. Other than that, satisfied.
