In short, I love my canvas. However, I'm a disappointed with a number of things in the process. First and most importantly, my canvas came significantly darker than my final proof. Customers should probably be made aware of while ordering, because my proof and canvas do not look the same. 2) There is a flaw on my canvas right on the black part of my dog's nose. I don't know if something happened during printing and a spot was missed or what, but there's a noticeable white spot in person. I could probably take a black sharpie and make it look ok, but given the price and process involved to order, I really feel like the canvas should be perfect. 3) PopYourPup customer service is seriously lacking. Poor communication and no one was ever able to help with pretty basic questions, it was frustrating. I've already recommended PopYourPop to multiple friends who are also obsessed with their pets, but I'm hesitant to order again yet personally.
